Cardinalate. Created cardinal bishop of Sabina around 1054. Consecrated (no information found). He was the first bishop of Sabina elevated to the cardinalate. He may have joined the obedience of Antipope Benedict X between August and November 28, 1058. He returned to the obedience of Pope Nicholas II by April 1059. Participated in the papal election of 1061, in which Pope Alexander II was elected. Subscribed papal bulls issued in October 1061; January 1062; April 15, 1062; and June 1062.
