Attended the consecration of Bishop Lambert of Arras on March 19, 1094, in the church of S. Maria Nuova. Subscribed papal bulls issued in favor of the monasteries of Montecassino and La Cava on April 5, 1094.

Pietro sino ai nostri giorni, LXXXI, 493, which says that he died in 1092 but that some sources indicate that he died in 1093 because he was present at the consecration of Bishop Lambert of Arras that took place in that latter year. Pius Bonifatius Gams, Series episcoporum Ecclesiae catholicae (3 v. in 1. Graz : Akademische Druck- u. Verlagsanstalt, 1957), p. 495, says that Bishop Lambert was named to the see of Arras on July 10, 1093 and consecrated on March 19, 1094; Gams, p. XIII, lists Cardinal Ubaldo as bishop of Sabina from 1090 to 1092, without mentioning his cardinalate.
