Subscribed papal bull issued between March 30, 1151 and June 16, 1153; and October 31, 1153 and January 24, 1154. Legate in Ireland in 1151; presided a council in Kells in 1152, where it was decided to establish the archdioceses of Armagh, Dublin, Cashel and Tuam. He brought the four palliums to Ireland for the four new metropolitans and agreed to the joining of Glendalough with Dublin.
