(1) Pius Bonifatius Gams, Series episcoporum Ecclesiae catholicae (3 v. in 1. Graz : Akademische Druck- u. Verlagsanstalt, 1957), p. 848, indicates that on October 1, 1362, he was already occupying the see of Amalfi, aving been transferred from Teano; and that in 1375 he was transferred to the see of Cassano. The catalog of occupants of the see of Amalfi, linked above, indicates that he was its bishop from 1361 to 1375. Eubel, Hierarchia Catholica Medii Aevi, I, 84, lists a Marinus de Judice as bishop of Amalfi from Aporil 16, 1361 until his death in 1374, indicating the he had been before bishop of Teano. "Essai de liste générale des cardinaux. VI. Les cardinaux du Grand Schisme (1378-1417)". Annuaire Pontifical Catholique 1931, p. 133, says that Gams confuses him with an homonymus bishop who was also canon of Amalfi, bishop of Teano on May 23, 1363, transferred to Amalfi on April 16, 1361 and died in 1374.
(2) Several sources indicate that he was executed in December 1386.
