The Prefecture for the Economic Affairs of the Holy See was represented by its president, Msgr. Velasio De Paolis, c.s.; its secretary, Msgr. Vincenzo Di Mauro; and Ragioniere Generale Comm. Paolo Trombetta.
The Governatorate of the State of Vatican City and the Administration of the Patrimony of the Holy See were represented by their president, Cardinal Giovanni Lajolo; and their secretary, Msgr. Domenico Calcagno. At the invitation of the cardinal secretary of State, was present at the reunion Dr. Gr. Uff. Alberto Gasbarri, administrative director of Vatican Radio.
