Cardinalate. Deacon cardinalis of the Holy Roman Church (2). He wrote two books on the divinity of the Holy Spirit (3).

Death. Before 514, (no place found). Buried at an unknown place.

(1) Cardella, Memorie storiche de' cardinali della Santa Romana Chiesa, I, pt. 1, 1: "a man of eminent knowledge and similar holiness of life". Cardella says that he died during the pontificate of Pope Symmachus.
(2) He may be the same as Presbyter cardinalis Paschasius of the title Eusebii, who subscribed the documents of the
Roman Synod of March 1, 499.
(3) Cardella, Memorie storiche de' cardinali della Santa Romana Chiesa, I, pt. 1, 1, indicates that Pope Gregory I in his Dialogs, book four, heading fortieth, affirms that his books were full of incorrupt and healthy doctrine (pieni d'incorrota, e sana dottrina).
